A former Julius Baer manager is to head up Mirabaud’s European unit in Luxembourg.

Mirabaud is appointing Jeff Mouton head of its Luxembourg-based European unit, the Geneva-based private bank said in a statement. Previously Mouton, a Luxembourger, headed Zurich-based private bank Julius Baer’s operations with financial intermediaries in the grand duchy.

Before that he worked almost 20 years for Geneva-based Pictet in Luxembourg. Mouton succeeds Raphael Spahr, who will work on developing the unit’s wealth management business
