Fidelity International is expanding its sales team in Switzerland. The funds house is poaching from a French rival to do so.
Fabian Herzog is Fidelity International's new sales associate director for Switzerland and will support the fund house's wholesale team, the company said in a statement on Monday. Currently, Herzog is a business development manager with rival French asset manager Carmignac.
His job will be to strengthen Fidelity International's distribution channels. Herzog is a 15-year veteran of asset management. Prior to Carmignac, he was responsible for Credit Suisse's global multi-asset class products.
