Switzerland's largest bank has decided who it wants to replace Sabine Keller-Busse on the SIX board of directors. The successor is responsible for the business with corporate and institutional clients at UBS Switzerland.

UBS has nominated Andy Kollegger as a new board member for Swiss stock exchange group SIX. There, he is to replace Sabine Keller-Busse, who announced her departure after nine years, according to a statement Tuesday.

Keller-Busse recently announced that she would join the board of Zurich, prompting finews.ch to ask how she planned to reconcile her many top mandates.

Question Answered

As head of UBS Switzerland and a member of the UBS executive board, she is in a key position. Today's media release answers part of the question by announcing her departure from the SIX board.

Kollegger will stand for election to the board of directors at the SIX annual general meeting at the end of April 2021. He is head corporate and institutional clients international and a member of the executive board of UBS Switzerland.
