The co-founder and long-standing CEO of I-CV is stepping down and a senior partner is taking over.

Daniel Pfister, who has run Independent Credit View or I-CV since founding the bond research boutique in 2003, is stepping down at year-end, it said in a note to clients. Christian Fischer, who is a senior partner, will take over.

Pfister will stay active at the Zurich-based firm with a slightly reduced workload, the firm said. He will be responsible for strategy, finance, and products as well as remain chairman. I-CV's management is currently made up of Pfister, Fischer, and senior partner René Hermann.
